The Gate House, 2 Bedroom Cottage, Sleeps 4

The Gate House is located at the entrance gate to the estate. It has a wonderful outside space for guests to enjoy in the summer and benefits in the winter from the real fire in the lounge.

**Please note there are 8 external steps up to the front door**

The accommodation sleeps 4 guests.

Bedrooms:

1 x Double Bedrooms, Sleeping 2 Per Room

1 x Twin Bedroom, Sleeping 2 or a Double Sleeping 2

*All beds other than the sofa bed will be made with linen for your arrival.

Bathrooms:

Bathroom 1: Shower over the bath

Bathroom 2: W/C only

*One bath sheet and hand towel will be provided per person.

Kitchen:

Electric Over, 4 Ring Electric Hob, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Fridge & Freezer box, Cooking Utensils, Crockery and Glassware,

*No grocery items will be provided in the unit

Lounge

The unit has a spacious lounge and with views the cottage garden and will have seating for up to 4 guests.

Wi-Fi:

There is wi-fi in the unit that will allow for the connection of 6 devices per unit. Please note the bandwidth is suitable for checking email and web searches but cannot be used for video streaming or gaming.

Pets:

Pets are welcome in the accommodation; please ensure they are kept off furnishings and out of bedrooms. We do not charge as long as excess hair is cleaned up prior to your departure. Pets should not be left unsupervised in the accommodation.

Heating & Hot Water:

The heating and hot water is electric. The showers run off the hot water tank and the hot water must be left on for the accommodation for the hot water to be replenished.
