Accommodation at Kilconquhar Castle Estate
Hotel Rooms
A standard hotel room can sleep two people, whereas a family room or the garden flat can sleep up to four people.
The majority of the hotel rooms are on the ground floor of the castle extension; they do not have views of the Estate due to their location, but they do provide excellent accommodation for a few nights away when you plan to spend your break out and about exploring.
The rooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers. We only have one hotel room with a bath; please contact the Reservations Team before booking if you require this room.
The rooms have a standard arrival time of 1.00 pm and a departure time of 10.00 am. Alternatives will be detailed in your rate information, which will be visible prior to booking.
The rooms are dog-friendly, but we ask that they do not sleep on the beds. Dogs are welcome to join you for breakfast and lunch, but they are not permitted in the restaurant after 5:00 p.m.
Breakfast is included in the rate and is served from 8.30 a.m. to 11 a.m. in the White Cockade Bistro.
Hot Tub Units
We have 3 units with private hot tubs. Rose Cottage that sleeps 4 and Villa 33 and 34 that will sleep up to 8 guests.

Apartments
The Estate has a range of apartments located in or joined onto the main Building. The size of the apartments range from 2 to 3 bedroom in size.

4 Bedroom Villas
The four-bedroom villa accommodates groups of up to ten people in a central location. Prior to arrival, each of the villa's four bedrooms can be configured with two single beds or a double bed. They have a private sauna and a log/coal fire where you can relax and unwind. With the use of a double sofa bed in the lounge, the unit can accommodate up to 10 guests.
