If you're looking for a conference venue, Kilconquhar Castle is in an ideal location to help you out. The Lindsay Room and the Luxury Marquee are two of our most spectacular spaces, and together they will make your event one that everyone will remember for all the right reasons.


Room Lindsay


The Lindsay room is an excellent choice for your next conference or corporate event, as it can accommodate as many as 70 people. The inglenook fireplace, oak paneling, and flagstone foyer all date back to the 16th century. These one-of-a-kind touches create an elegant setting for business meetings of the highest quality.


VIP Tent Exhibition


The luxurious silk-lined marquee is spacious enough to host up to 180 people, making it ideal for conferences of all kinds. Because of the adaptability of the layout, it can be transformed into a conference or display showcase venue perfectly suited to your needs.


The Kilconquhar events staff will collaborate with your event's planner to find the ideal space for your gathering. The group will also assist you with any technological or audio-visual needs you may have. Throughout the event, our catering and reservations staff will be available to offer you high-quality meals and ensure lodgings meet your requirements.

Conference & Meetings Day Delegate Rate - £35.00

The rate is based on a per person basis with a minimum number of 10 attendees.

All day packages include the following:

•    Conference and meeting facilities for up to 60 attendees
•    Tea, coffee, bacon rolls and fruit platters on arrival
•    Mid-morning tea, coffee and biscuits
•    2 Course Lunch
•    Afternoon tea, coffee and biscuits
•    Projector and screen – For a surcharge
•    Flipchart
•    Stationery and pens
•    Mineral water
•    Cordial and sweets
•    Wi-Fi
•    Parking

The room will be available for your use between the hours of 7am to 6pm. 

Large conferences can be held in the marquee, this will hold from 60 to 180 attendees, a surcharge for the marquee hire will apply.

Conference & Meetings Residential Delegate Rate - £140


The rate is based on a per person basis.


All residential packages include the following:



  • Rates are per person, per night and include:
  • Conference and meeting facilities for up to 60 attendees

  • Mid-morning tea, coffee and biscuits
  • 2 Course Lunch

  • Three course dinner followed by coffee in a private dining room
  • Accommodation in our hotel rooms and self-catering units
  • Full use of estate leisure facilities from 8am to 10pm at night
  • Full cooked breakfast and continental breakfast in a private dining room
  • Wi-Fi
