The burn is a 3-bedroom holiday villa located on St Andrews Drive at Kilconquhar Castle Estate and offers a spacious accommodation. The leisure facilities and restaurant are a 5-minute walk from the villa. The accommodation will sleep 8 with the use of the double sofa bed in the lounge.
** Please note there is 4 external steps up to the front door**

The villa also benefits from a private sauna.
*One bath sheet and hand towel will be provided per person.

Lounge & Dining:
The apartment has a spacious lounge and with views the estate and will have seating for up to 8 guests. The lounge of the villa has a electric fire.
Wi-Fi:
There is wi-fi in the unit that will allow for the connection of 2 devices per unit. Please note the bandwidth is suitable for checking email and web searches but cannot be used for video streaming or gaming.
Pets:
Pets are welcome in the accommodation; please ensure they are kept off furnishings and out of bedrooms. We do not charge as long as excess hair is cleaned up prior to your departure. Pets should not be left unsupervised in the accommodation.
Heating & Hot Water:
The heating and hot water is electric. The showers run off the hot water tank and the hot water must be left on for the accommodation for the hot water to be replenished.
Estate Leisure Club Facilities
During your stay on the estate you are welcome to use the leisure club facilities which are included in your stay. They include a heated indoor swimming pool, saunas, badminton court, outdoor tennis court, gymnasium, pitch and putt and the golf driving range. The majority of the equipment is supplied at the reception desk.
The leisure team will also run children’s clubs during Scottish school holiday periods that will vary from arts and crafts, sports and cookery. Surcharges will apply for some of the children’s clubs.
The leisure facilities are open from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm. On Christmas day the leisure facilities will only be open until 5pm.
Restaurant
The restaurant on the estate is open throughout the week from 8.30 am to last food orders at 8.45 pm. We strongly advice booking in advance, the restaurant can become very busy at certain periods, and they will not always be able to accommodate walk in bookings.
Functions
The estate hosts weddings and private events through the year. During a function music may play up to 12pm at night. If this is a concern, please contact us prior to booking and we will be able to confirm if a function is taking place during your dates.
