The horse fields are visible from the Villa 104 conservatory, which is conveniently situated near the stables. The restaurant option and leisure center are less than a 5-minute stroll away. Accommodation for up to 8 guests is possible at this property thanks to a double sofa bed in the living room.



Villa 104's sauna and freestanding bath tub make it an ideal spot for unwinding.

There is a single exterior step leading up to the front door and two indoor steps that lead down to the main living area.

The unit has a spacious lounge with views of the surrounding fields of the estate and will have seating for up to 8 guests.

Wi-Fi:

There is wi-fi in the unit that will allow for the connection of 6 devices per unit. Please note the bandwidth is suitable for checking email and web searches but cannot be used for video streaming or gaming.

Pets:

Pets are welcome in the accommodation; please ensure they are kept off furnishings and out of bedrooms. We do not charge as long as pet hair is cleaned up prior to your departure. Pets should not be left unsupervised in the accommodation.

Heating & Hot Water:

The heating and hot water is powered by electric. The showers run off the hot water tank and the hot water must be left on for the supply to be replenished.
