The villa looks down the policy park of the estate with an uninterrupted view. The leisure facilities and restaurant are a 5-minute walk from the unit. The accommodation will sleep 8 with the use of the double sofa bed in the lounge.
**Please note this unit has a spiral staircase which accesses the twin bedroom and ensuite**
The rear of the villa has a private hot tub for guests to relax and enjoy during their stay.

Lounge & Dining:
The apartment has a spacious lounge with views of the estate and will have seating for up to 8 guests.
Wi-Fi:
There is Wi-Fi in the unit that will allow for connecting 6 devices per unit. Please note the bandwidth is suitable for checking email and web searches but cannot be used for video streaming or gaming.
Pets:
Pets are welcome in the accommodation; please ensure they are kept off furnishings and out of bedrooms. We do not charge as long as excess hair is cleaned before your departure. Pets should not be left unsupervised in the accommodation.
Heating & Hot Water:
The heating and hot water is electric. The showers run off the hot water tank, and the hot water must be left on for the accommodation for the hot water to be replenished.
The Hot Tub:
Please be aware that the hot tub must be drained, cleaned and refilled between each guest. The hot tub will not be usable on the first night of the stay.
