Villa 91 is located to the rear of the estate and has views down to the caste and tennis courts. The leisure facilities and restaurant are a 5-minute walk from the unit. The accommodation will sleep 8 with the use of the double sofa bed in the lounge.

**Please note there are 3 external steps up to the front door and 2 internal steps down into the lounge**

2 x Double Bedrooms, Sleeping 2 Per Room

1 x Twin Bedroom, Sleeping 2

1 Double Sofa Bed in the Lounge, sleeping 2

*All beds other than the sofa bed will be made with linen for your arrival.

Bathroom 3: Shower

*One bath sheet and hand towel will be provided per person.

Kitchen:

Electric Over, 4 Ring Electric Hob, Dishwasher, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Fridge & Freezer, Cooking Utensils, Crockery and Glassware, Dining Table

*No grocery items will be provided in the unit

Lounge & Dining:

The apartment has a spacious lounge and with views the estate and will have seating for up to 8 guests.

Wi-Fi:

There is wi-fi in the unit that will allow for the connection of 6 devices per unit. Please note the bandwidth is suitable for checking email and web searches but cannot be used for video streaming or gaming.

Pets:

Pets are welcome in the accommodation; please ensure they are kept off furnishings and out of bedrooms. We do not charge as long as excess hair is cleaned up prior to your departure. Pets should not be left unsupervised in the accommodation.

Heating & Hot Water:

The heating and hot water is electric. The showers run off the hot water tank and the hot water must be left on for the accommodation for the hot water to be replenished.
