Party Tickets
If you fancy a bit of a boogie and would like to book tickets you can contact our Reservations Team by telephone on 01333 340501, option 1 or by email to rentals@kilconquharcastle.co.uk. Tickets can be booked for £59.50 per person.
The ticket will include:
- Our team will greet you with a cocktail on arrival at 7.00 pm, when they show you to your table
- A 3 course festive menu
- Each guest will receive a half bottle of house wine, with an option of red, white, or rosé
- A tribute band to entertain you with disco music in-between sets
- The evening will come to an end at 12.00 pm with the bar closing at 11.45 pm
Booking:
To secure your booking for the party night, we require a non-refundable deposit of 20%. The full balance will be due 30 days prior to the party night date. Upon payment of the balance, the booking total becomes fully non-refundable and non-transferable. A confirmation will be issued upon payment of the deposit to the email of the lead guest.

We understand that some mornings can be tough, which is why we've designed a later breakfast schedule from 9:00 am to 11:30 am. As for check-in and check-out times, you can arrive as early as 3:00 pm and depart at 11:00 am. With prior booking, we can grant you a later check-out time of 1:00 pm for a nominal fee of £30.00 per unit.
