Holiday Ownership at Kilconquhar Castle Estate

Timeshare ownership allows for the occupation of your chosen property each year. Kilconquhar Castle Estate has a range of 2,3 & 4 bedroom properties, ranging from Castle Suites, Historic Cottages and spacious detached villas.

 

Once you have found the perfect property, an initial purchase secures the villa for use in perpetuity. You can occupy the villa, send friends or family, or make use of various exchange companies* that allow you to exchange your week at Kilconquhar for a week in a different resort domestically or internationally.

 

An annual management fee is due on 1 July each year, which provides for upkeep, maintenance and servicing of the property prior to your arrival. These fees are agreed each year by an Owners Committee, elected at AGM to represent the interests of Club members.

 

As an owner at Kilconquhar, you gain access to the Club Leisure facilities, which can be enjoyed throughout the year.

 

 

Whilst timeshare ownership has historically been a way of enjoying holidays in perpetuity, we understand that this level of commitment doesn’t suit everyone.

 

To this end, we are happy to offer fixed term ownership of timeshare weeks at the estate. With a minimum term of 5 years, the Holiday Plan option provides for all the benefits of ownership, with the comfort of a fixed date at which membership ceases.

 

The purchase price of a Holiday Plan comprises all management fees that are due for the term, together with a proportion of what would have been the cost to purchase in perpetuity.

 

At the end of the 5 years, ownership of the week in your property reverts to Kilconquhar Castle Estate, with no further obligations to you the owner.

 

Whilst the minimum term is 5 years, longer term plans are also offered.

 

Should you feel at the end of the plan that you are not quite ready to finish holidaying at Kilconquhar, the plans cans be extended to suit.

 

*Please note that agreements entered into with exchange companies are independent of your ownership at Kilconquhar and subject to the terms and conditions of the exchange company.
