Rose Cottage is a luxurious 2-bedroom cottage near Kilconquhar Castle Estate. Whilst you have all of the benefits of staying on a staffed property, you also gain privacy due to the cottage's location at the entrance to the estate situated in its private garden.
The cottage features a log-burning fire, a private hot tub, a garden, an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and 2 shower rooms. WiFi is available in the cottage, suitable for emails and web searches but not strong enough for online gaming or video streaming.
The first bedroom has a double bed and will sleep two guests. The bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a step-in shower, toilet and sink.
The second bedroom has two single beds and will sleep two guests.
The cottage has a family bathroom with a step-in shower featuring a fall shower head and a movable second shower head.
The kitchen, lounge and dining area of the cottage are open-plan. The kitchen has a full fridge freezer, cooker, four-ring hob, dishwasher, microwave toaster and kettle. Cooking utensils, crockery and glassware are provided. No pantry items will be in the cottage for arrival.
All beds will be made up with towels will be provided for each guest. Fresh towels can be pre-ordered, and a charge would apply.
Guests can have a BBQ on the patio area of the villa. BBQs are available to hire from the estate.
Pets are welcome to join you in the accommodation. Please note that they must not be allowed on the furnishings or left unattended in the accommodation. Excess dog hair must be hoovered before departure.
Please be aware that the hot tub must be drained, cleaned and refilled between each guest. The hot tub will not be usable on the first night of the stay.
Directions to Rose Cottage
Upon arrival at the estate, enter through the double black gates.
Just after the gates as you pass by the Gate House on your right, you will see a tarmacked area to your right with 3 parking spaces, (this is the parking area for the golf driving range) turn up to the right, just before the parking spaces and you will see a sign for Rose Cottage and The Gate House. Follow the sign directions to Rose Cottage, the cottage is the last property on this road.
